Essential oils are extracted from the roots, leaves, flowers, bark, fruit and resins of plants and trees from all over the world. See our Guide to essential oils page for more detailed information. What is your Returns Policy? We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that any item can be returned within two weeks of receipt of your order for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges). If we have made an error on a written order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment. All products must be returned in a saleable condition and in original packaging. We are unable to credit partially used products. Does Aromablast have a physical Store? No we do not. We are a mail order & internet business only and therefore we are able to keep our prices low. Can I pick up my order to save the cost of shipping? We have no facilities for customer pick up, but we are able to deliver free of charge within the city of Belleville. Aromablast ships via Canada Post Expedited service which takes approximately 2 to 5 Business days to most major centers in Canada. Can-Par courier service is available upon request. We offer a complete Bill to Ship to service for our customers! You can place your order with us, and we will bill your charge card, and send your order to a different address, upon request! Floral water is produced when essential oils are extracted from the plant material using steam distillation. What can I use Aromamists for? Aromamist sprays are a convenient way to freshen the air or create a special atmosphere. They can also be used as a light perfume! What advantages are there in using Beeswax candles? Beeswax candles burn longer, and cleaner because they are an all natural product. They enhance the atmosphere with a pleasant natural honey aroma. Back to top How do you use Massage Bars? Aromablast massage bars are the creamiest and softest imaginable! We have formulated them so that they melt just at body temperature. We recommend our Signature Scents, or our Solid Scents for use as all natural perfumes. Our Signature Scents are pre-diluted in Jojoba oil and are safe for application directly onto the skin.
